Banker For Grocery Store Chain

Last week, my client and its Banker met to review the year end financials. The prior year there were issues that I reviewed and provided guidance that was acceptable to the Client and Bank. One year later, the email below was sent to me regarding the the relationship:
"Not a problem. I'm glad that we could put our heads together and figure
out a solution acceptable to all. I had also mentioned to Dan on the way
back that you have done a lot in terms of reigning things in and more
importantly in providing the company with the knowledge base on the
finance side that they desperately needed."
