Wow. When I first met Arthur -"Bud" - my decade-old business was disorganized and off-track to say the least. First he held an all-day interview (at no cost!) which taught me as much about my business as it did him! After a couple follow-up conversations he gave me a step-by-step plan for correcting all that ailed us, and after a few months of hard work we have a serious set of books, and more importantly a way to plan effectively and profitably. Bud has a great personality and is easy to work with. He listens, digests, and interprets, perfectly balancing my creative personality with his acute attention to detail. I tried going this route before, and encountered wagging fingers instead of constructive criticism.
