Randall Gerloff

Randy has more than 25 years of CFO-related experience, with 17+ years as a CFO for both closely held companies and non-profit organizations and more than 12 years as the owner of a CPA practice. During his career, Randy has experience in many industries including telecommunications, call centers, restaurants, construction, non-profits, convenience stores, manufacturing, retail stores and the trucking industry.

During a recent CFO assignment, Randy was instrumental in managing cash flow as the company went from 3 million dollars in annual sales to over 80 million dollars in annual sales, grew from less than100 employees to more than 2,500 employees and expanded from locations in 3 states to locations in 15 states. Randy was also instrumental in successfully spinning off and selling a division of the organization to investment bankers. The CEO of the company stated this about Randy; "Your industry acumen kept us on course as we expanded state by state and your strategies maintained our financial health through the ebbs and flows we endured. You contributed more than the normal overseeing of company accounting practices, budget planning, forecasting and analyzing; You were an invaluable component to our success."

Randy has developed many successful banking relationships for his clients over the years and understands that improving cash flow and profitability is a high priority. Randy also understands the many different roles in business and has supervised Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Technology, Facilities, Marketing and Operations departments during the last 10 years.

Randy received his degree from the University of Minnesota and has been a CPA since 1982. Randy has been married to his wife Cheryl since 1978 and is the father of two daughters. Randy has resided in South Dakota since 1977.
