Shane A. Campbell

Shane has served as a trusted business advisor to over a hundred small and medium sized businesses over his twenty-two years of practice. Companies benefiting from Shane's services include those in industries such as software, manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, restaurants, construction and others. Shane enjoys meeting the challenges of start-up companies, as well as assisting later-stage companies. Shane recently completed three years as the CFO of an ecommerce software company, guiding the company through the economic downturn in 2000, and then culminating in the acquisition of $8 million in venture capital funding in 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a former partner in a large local San Francisco bay area CPA firm where he ran the audit and accounting practice. Shane has taught courses in audit and accounting, mergers and acquisition, and a variety of other topics. He has also been asked to testify as an expert witness in business litigation matters. Shane and his wife Karen have been married for twenty years and boast often about their daughter Jessica and son Kenny.
