He implemented business sales and acquisitions from $1 million to over $100 million as well as a $120 million IPO. His particular strengths include creative problem solving, action-focused business analysis and improving execution of the client's chosen strategy.

Richard graduated from Dickinson College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was trained by international consulting firm McKinsey & Co. in customer value analysis and strategy development.
