Craig Johnson

Craig is a CPA with over twenty three years of experience in senior financial management. He has been a key player in helping lead organizations through critical growth stages. His background includes the positions of CFO, VP Finance, Treasurer, VP of Operations and Controller for both privately held and public companies. He has worked in a variety of industries including; sports and entertainment, construction, real estate development, licensing and franchising, facility services, entrepreneurial ventures, and public accounting.

Those that have worked with Craig would tell you that he is creative, has a solid work ethic, a high level of integrity, and the ability to comfortably balance and visualize long-term strategic planning with short-term tactical action. He does not hesitate to roll up his sleeves and has a proven track record for implementing and managing controls and processes, raising capital and improving cash flow, timely and accurately reporting results, and directing the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts. Recently, Craig was instrumental in getting Global Entertainment Corporation, a public company, listed and trading on the American Stock Exchange, which included participation in a bell ringing ceremony on Wall Street. In addition, Craig played a vital role in raising necessary working capital in a public company environment by preparing and presenting financial results and projections during multiple Wall Street "road show" investor meetings.

With Craig's experience and background in operations and sales support, combined with financial management, he is often described as not being the stereotypical accountant, but rather a business leader with the unique tools to quickly assess difficult situations and recommend sound practical solutions.

Craig earned his Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Craig was one of only a few individuals to be sponsored by ServiceMaster Management Services Corporation, to complete and earn a degree from a three year Executive Graduate Program that is considered equivalent to an MBA. In addition to being a California licensed CPA, he is licensed by the States of Arizona and Nevada for Life, Health and Disability Insurance.

Craig, his wife of 19 years, Renee and their three children live in Mesa, Arizona.
