Robert Frasier

Robert Frasier


Rob has over 20 years of finance, accounting and operations experience serving as a CFO, Controller, COO, RO and advisor for companies up to $100 million in annual revenues. From a newly created start-up, to a fifty year old second generation business, or a fortune 500 corporate subsidiary, Rob has experienced many varieties of corporate America.

A native Californian, Rob has worked in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, medical device, telecom, aerospace, wholesale, retail, and import-export. This diverse background and Rob's entrepreneurial spirit complements his knowledge in finance and operations. Additionally, having participated in growth and corporate revitalization (turnaround) environments, Rob's business acumen would benefit any organization.

Rob has a track record of adding value by working with owners and management to solve day-to-day business problems, improve profitability, increase cash flow, and strengthen operational infrastructure. Rob specializes in what he likes to call the blocking and tackling of business; the sequence of management; compiling timely and accurate financial data, diagnosing and interpreting operating results, identifying weaknesses and business problems, defining solutions and creating strategies, and measuring operating results to plan.

Rob has been very successful in his roles over the years providing guidance, executing strategies, and acting as a sounding board to business owners and executives alike. Some of his accomplishments include turning around organizations with significant financial losses into gains (Rob was nominated and appointed Responsible Officer through the courts in a chapter 11 filing), working with existing or new bankers to restructure and/or increase credit facilities, developing financial models and budgets to validate or redefine business plans, implementing cost accounting and inventory systems saving millions of dollars, improving inventory turns and accounts receivable days increasing cash flow, and reducing overhead costs that added millions to the bottom line, i.e., revamping insurance policies and practices, converting to AG60 labor laws, rebuilding pricing models, sourcing new vendors, etc.

Additionally, Rob has been very instrumental in assisting companies maximize company value by defining business and succession plans, positioning and selling of the core business or product lines, raising private equity, acquiring new product technologies, orchestrating new product launches, and building solid business relationships with bankers, vendors and investors.

Over the years, Rob has developed a valuable service provider network within the business community; banking and lending, legal, tax, risk management, human resources, hardware and software, to name a few. Owners and executives in today's business environment face many challenges and demands. Most of these have been experienced by Rob and his professional network, which include the nationwide network of B2BCFO's; an asset for any business.

Rob attended the California State University of Los Angeles. He has been married for over fifteen years and is the proud father of two wonderful daughters.
