Alan Campbell

Alan has over 30 years of broad-based financial and operational experience. He is a versatile, results-oriented senior executive with proven entrepreneurial skills and Fortune 100 training and experience. Residing in the Silicon Valley for the past twenty-five years, he has over 20 years of experience at the CFO, COO and Controller level in a variety of industries, including computer hardware and services, high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution and insurance. In addition to having spent several years in middle management positions at Fortune 100 companies Alan has founded, built and sold two successful start-up companies. He knows what it is like to meet payroll and fulfill the many demands placed on the small business owner. Alan considers himself to be a business man first and finance professional second.

Alan's diverse industry experience allows him to quickly analyze all aspects of the business to identify problem areas and develop solutions that work. His understanding of finance and operations allows him to develop the financial systems to support the companies operations. Alan is experienced in all aspects of operations and financial management for privately held and publicly held corporations, including marketing and sales management, manufacturing operations, inventory management, cash management, banking relationships, risk management, financial reporting systems and human resource management. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, cash management, debt financing, strategic planning, budgeting and financial analysis. He has a track record of increasing profits and company value by strengthening and building accounting and operating infrastructure. Alan is able to conduct financial and business analysis, implement cost cutting measures and internal controls, building “what if' scenarios and provide additional management to tackle most day-to-day business problems. He has been very successful in this role acting as a “sounding board” to many CEO's and owners alike over the years.

Alan earned his BS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and completed the course work for his MBA from the UC Berkeley Hass Graduate School of Business. Alan lives in San Jose with his wife, Wendy, of twenty five years and their four children. When not working, he enjoys golf, skiing, reading and traveling.
