Richard A. Foster

Foster is a results-oriented financial consultant with over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience working with small to medium-sized business to improve profits, increase cash availability and direct the company operations into the future. Using hands-on experience to proactively resolve business problems, Foster's industry experience includes manufacturing, professional service organizations, commercial retail, wholesale distribution and media content industries.

Utilizing computer models to analyze business operations, Foster specializes in overseeing the implementation of such fundamental financial tools as cash flow budgets, monthly financial statements and annual financial projections. His understanding of finance and accounting enables him to assist management to increase product sales, control operating expenses, automate accounting procedures, structure product prices, reduce long-term debt and manage short-term cash flow.

Prior to joining B2B CFO^®, Foster served as CFO for a privately-held manufacturer of industrial vehicles and a publicly-held fuel wholesale distributor. He was responsible for all internal accounting operations, bank relationships and compliance administration.

As a financial consultant, Foster has worked with companies of various sizes and has been able to adapt his diverse experience to the needs and requirements of each individual company. This experience has allowed him to service multiple types of businesses and industries, including: banking, construction, education, manufacturing, insurance, gaming, not-for-profit organizations, injection molding and numerous other types of small businesses.

He is a frequent public speaker on various professional and civic organizations.
