For more than two decades, Rick has been a proven and highly successful management expert, holding key executive-level positions in Information Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Shipping and an Internet Startup. Rick is a nationally recognized authority on building software development teams, project management, crisis management, technology strategy, quality improvement, system implementations, budget creation and management, relocations and acquisition integrations, team leadership, and staff development. Rick's extensive experience and trusted leadership abilities enable him to make an immediate impact on every client engagement.

Earlier in his career, Rick applied his entrepreneurial spirit and management mastery to a 7-year project, developing a healthcare technology internet start up company in Atlanta, Georgia. Rick's extensive work received favorable notice when he was awarded a US Software Patent for "Methods & Systems for Object-Based Relational Distributed Databases."

Rick has international expertise and was the recognized leader on a global team for a $3B multi-national company. Rick developed and implemented vital solutions throughout North America, South America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. Rick's teams were highly effective and produced winning results by establishing close working relationships with business leaders and staff members in these diverse cultures. Rick is experienced in outsourcing business services and has worked with partners in Australia, Brazil, India and Europe.

Rick is a devoted husband and father. He holds a Computer Science degree from Louisiana State University. Additionally, he is a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Small Business Accounting. He presently serves on the Board of Directors at DeKalb Technical Prep College and the Executive Committee for the MIT Enterprise Forum. He volunteers for numerous community organizations where he is often recognized for his generosity and non-business achievements.
