Bob, with 35 years of experience as a CPA, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Business Owner and Developer, began his professional career as a partner in a CPA firm that specialized in the construction industry. There his focus was small to medium sized businesses from many different industry sectors. Involved in many different business opportunities Bob has developed the technical skills that add value to the consulting process. From the sales forecasts and cash flow projections to banking relations and venture capital funding, Bob has the capability to see the big picture.

Recruited by a fortune 500 company, Bob developed a strong record of financial management and turnarounds as a CFO where he implemented improved accounting systems, consolidated diversified operations, negotiated sales of company divisions, and analyzed departmental profitability.

Bob's integrity and straight forward manner have established beneficial relationships with corporate advisors, banking institutions and lenders who provide capital for businesses with limited resources. He has structured numerous financial packages ranging from $250,000 to $10 million for development projects, land acquisition, and working capital lines of credit.

Bob has been managing partner and CFO for eight real estate and business ventures, of residential, commercial, and retail. This unique experience as CPA/consultant, business owner, and CFO provides the talents Bob brings to the advisory team.

Bob, with his wife Bette, of 37 years, have raised 3 productive and professional children. Bob and Bette are very active in their church, small group activities, and athletics. Bette teaches high school students in professional fitness trainer careers and Bob is an accomplished tournament handball player.
