With over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, Bud has consistently implemented financial strategies to cut costs, improve inventory control, increase cash flow and return companies to profitability. He has streamlined financial systems and implemented new computer technologies and upgrades to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information and reporting.

Most recently, Bud served as CFO of a start-up company. Over a fifteen year period, the company grew in size and profitability and was transformed from a small one-dimensional company with few resources into a highly profitable vertically integrated operation. Identifying business opportunities, developing action plans, designing process controls and designing reporting systems were among his key responsibilities and were critical to the success of the Company.

Bud graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. He worked in Public Accounting for six years and is a Certified Public Accountant in the District of Columbia. He has held several positions as Controller/CFO for various companies in the Real Estate Development, Construction, Manufacturing and Service Industries.
