Bob offers capabilities and insights developed during 25+ years in financial and accounting management roles in private and public corporations and as a Big 4 CPA firm senior auditor. His private industry employers have ranged from venture capital start-ups to well-known national and international firms, and his responsibilities have extended beyond core accounting duties to include such areas as strategic planning, large contract analysis and pricing, and product line expansion/closure decisions.

Bob's experience includes manufacturing, medical services and engineering services industries, as well as exposure to restaurant and small retail business. Among his strengths and areas of demonstrated achievement are the following:

Financial statement analysis and decision support
Income statement and cash flow forecasting and modeling
Return on investment analysis
Profitability, process and internal control improvements
Systems implementations, including ERP/MRP, general accounting and payroll
Staff hiring, management, development and evaluation in the areas of accounting, payroll and billing/collections
Definition of, and creation of reporting mechanisms for, key business metrics and "factors of success"
Effective and efficient interaction between the business and outside parties (bankers, venture capitalists/investors, auditors, tax preparers, sales/property tax entities, etc.) in order to minimize and mitigate costs of providing information and/or to ensure compliance

Bob has also filled financially-related roles for employers in areas as diverse as benefits review/administration, risk management, facility build-out, and precious metal inventory management and monitoring of refining recoveries.

Bob has an undergraduate degree in Business Economics, an MBA in Accounting and achieved CPA designation while working for a Big 4 firm prior to heading into private industry (Ohio license, currently inactive). He has been a metro-Phoenix resident since 1985, and he and Linda have lived in the Ahwatukee Foothills area since 1992.
