Bob is an experienced Senior Finance Officer with over 25 years of experience in financial management and administration for public and private companies. He has specific expertise in revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and compliance, as well as strategic planning, acquisition integration, divestitures, and reorganizations. Bob looks to increase sales, improve margins and cashflow and promote sustainable, profitable growth. Bob’s areas of expertise include:

Bob and his family live in Pacifica where he is active as a board member in the Local Boys and Girls Club, and treasurer of the Associated Youth Endowment Board. In addition, he is active in local education fund raising groups and is a youth basketball coach.

Bob earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU, and a BA in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College. He has successfully been involved in a number of complex, cross-functional teams and projects including several merger integrations and corporate restructurings. Recently, as area CFO for a leading software company, he supervised a contract management staff of 19 with approval authority of all sales transactions to ensure proper terms and revenue recognition terms.
