His experience spans all phases of a business' life cycle: start-up, turn-around, growth, and exit, for closely-held, venture backed, and public entities. He has had leadership roles in structuring the negotiations, due diligence, closing, and post-closing phases of asset/equity-based acquisitions and dispositions, debt & equity financings and restructurings. His industry expertise includes commercial real estate, hospitality, leisure/tourism, telecom, software development, market research, and professional services.

Chuck began his career as a CPA with a current Big Four firm, serving clients in the areas of audit, tax, and consulting. From this beginning, he advanced to senior management roles in small and mid-sized companies. He has a track record of success in his over 20+ years in company management, as a CFO, COO, and President. He has hands-on management experience in all functional areas, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Human Resources, and IT.

Chuck has a B.A. in accounting from University of West Florida, in Pensacola, Florida. He was born and raised in the Midwest, and in 1973 while on active duty with the US Air Force, he relocated to Florida, where he has worked throughout his career. Presently, Chuck and his wife, Joann, have homes in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Phoenix, AZ, and split their time between them. In his spare time, he pursues his life-long passion for golf, and is an avid reader.
