Dale has over 26 years of broad-based financial and operations experience in, construction, consulting and service firms, and as a CPA and consultant. He has extensive experience leading companies through high growth, and is particularly adept at driving increased sales, operational improvement and profitability.

Dale is the CFO/trusted advisor for a number of small and mid-market businesses in the Lake Geneva, WI; Mc Henry IL; Milwaukee WI; and greater Chicago IL areas, where he helps them with all aspects of financial management, operations and profitability improvement, strategic planning and growth strategies. Dale uses unique planning and financial tools to increase his client\\\'s sales and profits and turn around struggling companies. He serves a variety of clients including manufacturers, contractors, and specialty service companies. Dale also provides project and interim-CFO services, working with companies as little or as much as needed.

Dale understands that the best run and most profitable companies have great planning processes. He helps companies develop their strategic, operational and marketing plans.

Prior to joining B2B CFO^®, Dale was Vice President Finance/CFO at a Specialty Contractor where he played a lead role in driving sales from $25 to $45 million, reducing costs over $2 million and implementing a companywide accounting system along with enhanced procedures for cost containment and job accountability. Dale managed the accounting, administrative, Treasury and IT departments. Prior to this, Dale was VP and CFO of a Mechanical Contractor where he played a lead role in doubling sales to $110 million and led teams in the acquisition and implementation of Accounting and Management reporting systems and improving efficiencies within the accounting and operations departments. Dale was also a Project Accountant for a construction Project at a large paper manufacturer and an Accounting Manager of a Milwaukee based printer. Dale earned a B.S. in Business-Accounting from Marquette University in Milwaukee WI in 1985 and became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 1986. Dale has served on several Boards of Directors for Construction and Insurance Companies. Dale lives in Lake Geneva WI, and enjoys camping, hiking, backpacking, golf and biking.
