Denny is a CPA who offers over 35 years of highly diversified corporate and public accounting experience. He has spent the last twenty years in senior financial roles, either as a Corporate Controller or Chief Financial Officer for a wide variety of industries with annual sales volume ranging from start up to in excess of $1 Billion. His industry experience has included manufacturing, non profit, wholesale distribution, retail, engineering services and high tech start up. Prior to his senior financial roles, he was part of the founding team that designed, developed and installed retail point of sales computer systems for Servistar hardware stores and lumber yards throughout the country. During this time Denny completed IBM’s VAR Professional Salesmanship program.

His core strengths include financial reporting and analysis, cash management and budgeting, and cost savings as well as significant experience in overhauling accounting systems and installing internal controls. In addition, he has very broad experience in managing the human resources and employee benefits functions with special expertise in retirement plans and ESOP’s.

A 1974 graduate of West Virginia University, Denny received his BSBA in Accounting before moving on to six years in the public accounting industry including four years with Deloitte during which time he passed his CPA examination.

He prides himself on possessing the skills to be a strategic thinker and a key member of the senior management team yet still be willing and able to participate in and manage the details of a financial operation.

Denny and his wife Lisa, and their two beautiful children live in Greensburg, PA. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as skiing, outdoor activities of all kinds and playing the piano. He is also active in his local church, the Rotary Club, Cub Scouts and coaching Little League.
