Tampa Bay, FL CFO

Frank has over 25 years of financial, operating and administrative experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, business-to-business services, manufacturing and distribution. Revenues ranged from $1 million to over $800 million and included both domestic and international companies. Frank considers himself a business man first and a professional accountant second. Frank was the CFO and a participating owner of a start-up healthcare company. The company was successfully sold to a major U.S. health insurance carrier after nine years of consistent and profitable growth. Subsequent to the closing, Frank continued to work with the purchaser's staff to integrate the business into the buyer's operations.

His combined experience as a veteran CFO as well as a successful business owner provides Frank with a unique set of management skills for developing a client's strategic business plan and obtaining the financing necessary to achieve that growth. Over the course of his career, Frank has raised approximately $1 billion of debt and equity financing with banks and investors. He has significant expertise in the areas of banking, management reporting and analysis, product line reporting, product costing and pricing, business plans, capacity utilization, cash forecasting, process improvements, financial modeling and employee training. Frank is an excellent problem solver and is comfortable rolling up his sleeves to implement workable business solutions.

Frank is a hands-on manager and a proponent of strong cash flow management. Earlier in his career, he served companies that were experiencing serious financial difficulties. He worked closely with the business owners and the senior management of the troubled company to develop a plan and a timetable to correct the cash flow problems. This resulted in the avoidance of a bankruptcy filing and the eventual sale of the company to a competitor several years later. Frank is a good communicator and a good listener. He has strong interpersonal skills and he enjoys working with employees at all levels of the organization. He is respected for his leadership skills, business insight and a high level of personal integrity.

Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and also has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. John's University in New York City. He started his career with a major public accounting firm. Frank and his wife Anne live in Tampa, Florida and they have been married for 35 years. They have two adult children and three grandchildren. Anne and Frank are both active in community affairs as well as several non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area.
