Henry has over 25 years of CFO and Controllership experience at companies with annual revenue up to $200 million. Henry also served as Operating President of a 1,000 employee manufacturing company spearheading the organizations move to a leading market force in athletic apparel. Henry has established and/or improved employee benefit programs in several companies resulting in increased participation and satisfaction among employees.

Henry has been involved in a number of diverse entities including manufacturing, heavy construction, food services and forensic accounting services. He has worked with companies setting up accounts receivable collection and customer billing, implementing controls over inventories, optimizing accounts payable and monitoring discretionary spending. Henry also has hired, trained, and supervised personnel in accounting, human resources, risk management and technology as well as setting up employee benefit programs. He has developed detail budgets and made financial systems both internal and external audit compliant. As CFO in the Construction industry, Henry managed all financial and banking functions for an International operation as well as several domestic companies. While in the Food Services industry Henry hired staff and established procedures to eliminate inventory shrinkage in a food processing plant located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

For the past five years Henry served as CFO for a large heavy Construction Company. As a business partner to the family owners Henry was instrumental in directing the company's growth over 200% in a two year period. Henry established procedures for equipment acquisitions to maintain favorable balance sheet ratios in line with bank covenants. As business conditions deteriorated due to the economic slow down in 2008, rolling weekly cash flow projections were put in place to insure adequate cash available to support daily operations. By instilling discipline into the accounting analysis and reporting process, lead time between monthly closings and financial statement presentation were reduced from 2 months to 21 days. Henry worked with an International Accounting firm establishing tax strategies minimizing tax expense to owners.

Henry has experience establishing and maintained strong asset based lending facilities for two different companies allowing them to maintain adequate working capital. In one organization the credit line was doubled to allow for growth and acquisition.

Henry brings a unique business perspective having served as CFO and President. His broad business experience, financial and executive management skills qualifies him to be a key advisor to any CEO and organization.

Henry majored in Business and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from VA Tech in 1972 and received an MBA from James Madison University in 1980. He is a a CPA and member of the South Carolina Society of CPAs. While pursuing new career opportunities, Henry has lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina. He resides in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with his wife Kitty where he is an avid runner and active in the Indigo Run Men's Golf Association.
