Kathryn is a strategic thinker able to execute complex projects and programs. She has served as a highly valued member of many core executive teams and boards as CFO and CPA to companies, the public sector, and other organizations.

Her experience has been gained in the US and Bermuda where she has worked over 25 years with Fortune 500 multinationals and, more recently, with privately held companies ranging from start-ups to $2 billion in revenue. Her background spans a range of industries including US and offshore insurance, technology, health care, banking, family office, real estate, and manufacturing.

Kathryn understood the value in offering part time professional services in 2006 when working with multiple companies which needed the experience and expertise of a CFO without the overhead of an embedded employee. Joining B2B CFO^®, was a natural move adding her talents and skills to a company delivering CFO services on an as-needed basis.

Leadership: Viewing each client engagement as a commitment to the success of that client in meeting and exceeding their objectives. She has accomplished this with companies from early stages prior to launch, through high growth periods, and with turnarounds to exit strategies.
CFO Services: Broad experience with cash flow projections, financial presentations, banking, and lending relationships. Kathryn has helped clients obtain financing, improve working capital, reduce expenses, and increase profitability.
Fiscal and operational functions: Responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, consolidations, internal processes, controls, and procedures.
Analytics: Assisted businesses in defining, analyzing and accomplishing key objectives including competitive analysis, due diligence, financial structures, and productivity issues.
Planning and Strategic Initiatives: Creation of operational and strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post acquisition integration. Preparation for IPO and change of ownership.
International CFO Experience: International accounting, currencies, tax planning, and compliance with foreign regulatory environments.
Technical: Experience includes working with many general ledger solutions from QuickBooks through those that are integrated in ERP systems. Kathryn has been both a leader and team member in the implementation of SAP and PeopleSoft systems.
Management: Hired, trained, and managed teams, including skill and task management. Focused on career development and growing the skill base of companies.

Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. She studied with the University of London Masters of Laws program, holds a Certificate in International Business Laws, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Her expertise has also served the boards and committees of several charitable organizations. A dual citizen of the US and Bermuda (UK), she has lived and worked in the Atlanta, Georgia area for the past ten years.
