Keith has 25+ years of business management experience including Vice President of Finance & Administration, CFO and CEO. He brings a unique background and broad range of skills to team with entrepreneurial, growth and mid-market companies to achieve superior growth and profitability. His CEO experience brings a valuable perspective in identifying needs and providing solid solutions that will achieve superior results for his clients.

Keith thinks as a business person first and uses his financial expertise as a means to bring order, establish metrics and measure results that work to help a company achieve its maximum potential. He has a unique blend of hands-on management as well as board room and strategic experience that allows him to work and relate well within all levels of an organization. He understands the perspective of the owner and has the skills and expertise in working with staff members to achieve top performance for the company.

Keith has experience with a company going from privately-held to employee-owned to a sale to a private equity firm. As CEO he used strategic pricing techniques, new supplier development and team building to quadruple company revenues and profits in four years. In addition to his CFO experience, he has managed IT, HR, Procurement and Contract functions for a mid-size company. He provides business expertise in several areas including:
