He has been in business for 35 years with more than 20 years of Executive finance and operations background in start-ups companies to Fortune 100 firms. His extensive experience includes time in manufacturing, banking, distribution, retail and high technology companies. His diverse background covers management of finance, accounting, sales, procurement, inventory and facilities.

Ken has helped clients by identifying and managing cash flow issues, implementing profit improvement plans, developing cost reduction programs, mentoring staff and providing guidance on partnership issues and exit planning. His clients have realized significant increases in sales and profit by engaging Ken as a trusted advisor. He helps clients develop a documented exit strategy that meets their personal and business goals and protects the illiquid wealth in their companies.

Just prior to joining B2BCFO, Ken spent 4 years as CFO with a start-up high-tech firm establishing their accounting and procurement operations. He also provided strategic business planning and leadership as a member of the Board of Directors and corporate Treasurer. Ken's financial expertise helped the company grow profitably while keeping debt to a minimum.

Ken earned his B.S. degree in finance from Rider University and his MBA from the University of Denver Graduate School of Business and Public Management. He is on the Board of Directors of the Arvada Economic Development Association and Historic Olde Town Arvada, a merchant support organization, and Past President of the Arvada Sunrise Rotary Club. He lives in Arvada, Colorado with his wife Debby and enjoys his two daughters, two granddaughters, golf and sailing.
