Prior to joining B2B CFO^®, Mark operated a management consulting firm specializing in finance, business development, information technology and operations engagements for small and medium size firms in various industries including aviation, healthcare, technology, services, retail, and equipment leasing. He worked with owners of family-owned and closely held businesses and understands the distinctive nature of these companies.

Mark was the CFO and Vice President of Finance and Administration for a $250 million company in the aviation industry as well as a senior executive, consultant, and entrepreneur. He gained valuable experience early in his career as a systems analyst holding increasingly responsible positions including Director of Information Systems and Director of Financial Systems for a preeminent systems engineering company in the defense business. This diverse background enables him to quickly evaluate and analyze a business, the current issues and problems it faces, and implement solid solutions.

Additionally, Mark has considerable experience serving on the Board of Directors for several companies and also volunteering for 501(c)(3) non-profits as a board member and Treasurer.

Mark earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees from Drexel University. He and his wife Penny have been married for 37 years and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona. Penny is an educator and founded a successful preschool. They have three children who have professional careers in the private and public sector.
