Marty is a financial management executive with over 35 years experience helping build successful businesses from start-up and turnaround companies to publicly traded companies in varied industries including software technology, real estate development and construction, manufacturing, distribution, food service, and property management industries. He is a proven leader that is actively involved as the financial strategist, rainmaker, and builder of relevant strategic partnerships.

Marty's diverse experience and entrepreneurial bent, have given him a unique perspective in driving results while implementing financial reporting strategies to track progress and measure results. He can identify with business owners and the challenges they face. He's "been there, done that"!

Marty spent over 15 years of his career as a CFO of real estate development/construction companies after his service as a staff auditor with a "Big 6" accounting firm. His entrepreneurial bent allowed him to become the CEO/CFO of two software technology companies. These roles began a love for start-up and early stage businesses. He understands the "do whatever is needed" attitude that you must have in these early stages of business growth.

He has assisted entrepreneurs develop plans and strategies for growth and business success. He has a demonstrated expertise in identifying and executing strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining B2B CFO^®, he spent 8 years helping small to mid size businesses put together financial strategies for growth, business turnarounds and exits.

Marty's goal is to help small and mid-size company owners get control of their businesses and allow them to "run" their business instead of their business "running them".
