Mike has experience as a CFO and as a VP / General Manager. He has experience in the consumer products, food service, and the automotive industries and in the fields of Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehouse Management. Mike is a dedicated disciple of Lean Management which focuses on the continuous improvement of all aspects of an organization.

Mike is a strategic thinker who is a very good listener. He enjoys having strategic discussions with business owners and entrepreneurs. Mike knows how lonely it can get at the top of an organization and he is always available to lend a good ear when it is needed.

Mike is very passionate about helping start up and stage 2 organizations successfully grow their business. He is a volunteer mentor in the Pure Michigan Mentor Network and a volunteer coach in the Kettering University Tech Works Program.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit with a BS degree in Accounting and a graduate of Walsh College with a MS degree in Management. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Mike and his wife, Terry, have been married for 33 years and live in Novi, MI.
