Pat is a CPA with over 25 years of management experience in Accounting, Finance, and Operations. He has served as CFO, Divisional Controller, Controller and VP of Finance for small to medium sized businesses. In addition to managing Finance and Accounting he has also managed Human Resources, Credit and Collections, Billing, Information Technology and Risk Management.

His industry background includes both public and private companies in telecommunications, construction, construction products, manufacturing, and service businesses. Pat has been responsible for the development of production controls and reporting, sourcing and implementation of various business systems, business process improvement and strategic planning. Pat has also been instrumental in the analysis and design of reporting systems, implementation of processes and procedures to provide owners and managers the information they need to improve their businesses profitability. Having been involved with high growth businesses Pat understands that the lack of cash is one of the biggest problems these businesses face. Pat works with businesses to ensure their strategy includes a plan for generating cash. He helps managers understand best practices for working capital management and the proper utilization of debt.

Pat holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Management and Accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Pat is a native of California with career stops in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Kentucky where he resides with his wife of 25 years, Billie. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and fishing.
