Pat has 30 years of financial management and operational experience, having served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for both public and private companies. Having worked with creative, entrepreneurial business partners throughout his career, Pat has developed a style which allows him to bring the necessary financial discipline to a business without creating a culture which stifles the entrepreneurial passion that allows your business to thrive.

Pat has experience both internationally and domestically, having served for a number of years abroad as global CFO for a division of the worlds largest music company. He has also been the CFO for small, independent companies, managing bank, insurance and audit relationships in addition to the typical small firm CFO responsibilities. Pat approaches his engagements as a business partner to the owner, allowing them to devote the time and resources needed to grow their company. He can quickly assess your business, identify critical pressure points and develop a plan to address immediate as well as long term issues.
