Bob is a senior level financial executive with over 30 years experience as a CFO, controller, and treasurer for both private and public organizations. He has worked with a broad range of companies including retail, direct mail, catalog, internet, distribution, hospitality, property management and non-profit organizations. His high energy, enthusiasm and passion for the CFO role enables him to quickly evaluate and solve problems that support the operational goals of the company.

He understands the demands facing the principles of small to mid-sized companies. Prior to joining B2B CFO^®, he was the CFO and a key member of the executive management team that grew a retail chain from 6 to 330 stores. Bob utilized his skills in creating a financial system infrastructure, teams, technology, and financial metrics to support the successful growth of the company.

Once engaged in an assignment, Bob can quickly analyze a company’s internal systems, work processes and financial controls. His experience enables him to design and implement more efficient systems and processes that saves the company time and labor adding dollars to the bottom line. Bob has years of experience developing financial forecasts used to access capital and support the operation’s short and long term growth plans. He has completed multiple bank, asset based and syndicated debt transactions for both new borrowings and debt restructuring. Bob is experienced in the full spectrum of financial and operational issues including inventory management, loss prevention, treasury, system selection and implementation, and financial reporting.

Bob has implemented daily and weekly cash flow tools that report actual and forecasted cash receipts and cash requirements, insuring optimal movement of cash throughout the organization. He has been engaged in numerous cost savings projects reducing bank fees, payroll processing, credit card fees, insurance, accounting, legal fees and lease renegotiation.

Bob received his MBA from Pepperdine University in California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Florida. He is an avid bicycle rider, gardener, woodworker and hiker.
