Randy’s experience has given him a keen awareness of the drivers of an organization’s performance and he possesses a demonstrated ability to identify, measure and positively impact these key success factors.

Before joining B2BCFO, Randy most recently led a division of a large retirement system where he introduced programs designed to significantly reduce expenses while at the same time improve operational quality. Prior to that, he led a for-profit division of OhioHealth, a large Columbus, Ohio based healthcare system. While with OhioHealth, Randy was tasked with developing and implementing a long-range business strategy for his division, re-engineering the organization’s product lines, growing its business volume and transforming its culture. During his tenure, his division generated the highest profit levels in its twenty five year history.

Prior to his time with OhioHealth, Randy held senior executive positions with ProMedica Health Systems in Toledo, Ohio and with Provena Health in Illinois.

Randy’s considerable experience makes him a key business advisor to his clients. His hands on style and critical analytical perspective give him the ability to recognize problem areas within a business and provide realistic solutions. He has been instrumental in implementing comprehensive improvements in management reporting, enhancing cash flow and in reducing costs while improving operational efficiencies. He works closely with management to provide essential day-to-day business information and the analysis necessary to effectively operate an organization. He also has led a wide-range of successful negotiations involving lawyers, external accountants, bankers and other advisors involving legal matters, capital availability, vendor relationships and structural ownership changes. Randy also has experience with business acquisitions and divestures.
