Scott has over 25 years of diverse business experience as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer level. He is a CPA and his career has been focused on private clients with revenues in the 5 to 50 million dollar range.

As a graduate of California State University, Long Beach in 1983, Scott began his career with KPMG working in both the Los Angeles and Orange County offices. His industry audit experience includes Banking, Manufacturing, Engineering, State Agencies and City Governments. After KPMG, Scott moved into the private sector and for 17 years held controller and CFO positions in several civil, geotechnical and environmental design engineering firms. Scott’s experience also includes 3 ½ years as a business broker where he provided business owners with guidance through the process of selling a business. Additionally, Scott is an adjunct professor of accounting at a local community college.

Scott is married, has 3 sons and lives in Aliso Viejo, California.
