Stan has 20+ years of CFO experience in the US, in Europe and in Africa. He brings a broad range of expertise in financial and business management to an organization, is recognized as a problem solver and financial leader and has been at the helm as a CFO for businesses ranging from closely held startups to public companies with revenues in excess of $1B.

Stan prefers working directly with owners to help them achieve their business goals and create personal wealth. He recognizes the importance of timely reports providing both owners and stakeholders the information they need to make timely, sound business decisions. He has been credited with streamlining accounting operations, developing financial reports, recruiting personnel and improving both cash flow and profitability. His progressive experience demonstrates a bold analytical, flexible, and creative problem solver mindset. He has a solid record of accomplishments driving business development and knowledgeable financial solvency initiatives, process improvement strategies and efficiency enhancements across multiple industries including advertising, multimedia, marketing, apparel, entertainment, logistics, real estate, retail and wholesale distribution, service, technology, telecoms and manufacturing.

Stan has guided leadership in meteoric business growth, and is quick to understand complex business initiatives and techniques. He is able to build strong, sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, bankers and vendors. He performs effectively under pressure while maintaining the highest ethical standards. With hands on experience, Stan possesses a high skill level in strategic business planning, creating and developing budgets, establishing financial and operational controls, structuring complex transactions including M&A, negotiating and restructuring bank debt, foreign exchange processes and systems, accounting, CRM and ERP system evaluations and integration, human resources, and risk management.

Stan earned both his BS and MS degrees from the University of South Africa and attained his MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from Henley University in the United Kingdom. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1999, where he lives with his three children. He is active in his community activities. He has served on numerous executive boards and special interest groups. In addition, he has a passion to help the disability community. He has held the position of finance chair for his daughter’s school and was a member of a special task force for Children with Disabilities.
