Steve is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of CFO/Controller experience. He has served in key management roles in companies ranging in size from $5 million to $100 million. His industry experience includes retail, service, real estate, manufacturing, and distribution. Steve has also served as a director on various boards, and also owned and operated his own business. His ability to quickly understand and analyze a business allows him to identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions.

Steve also has significant experience helping financially distressed businesses. He has successfully navigated a business through Chapter 11 reorganization. He has facilitated several management-led leveraged buy-outs. He has also helped companies develop and execute turnaround strategies as well as successful exit strategies.

Steve began his career as a manufacturing cost accountant and has served as Controller, CFO, COO, and CEO in a variety of public and private businesses.
