Tony has over 25 years of combined experience in public accounting and private industry. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors as well as held the position of CFO for companies in a variety of industries. Tony’s industry experience includes food processing, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, software, pharmaceutical, real estate, construction, and property management and development. He takes great satisfaction in helping the companies he works with succeed, whether that means helping with an exit strategy or directing its ongoing operations through sound financial planning and management. He has helped struggling companies transform themselves into thriving businesses and been involved with the successful sale of a number of companies. Recently, Tony was instrumental in positioning a sales and distribution company with which he worked for acquisition and participated in negotiating one of the highest multiple of earnings in their industry. He has a track record of improving profitability and building company value.

Tony's diverse industry experience gives him the ability to quickly analyze and understand a business, identify areas needing improvement and develop practical solutions that work. His multifaceted background in both public and private accounting provides a unique and balanced business approach. Tony is experienced in all aspects of operations and financial management, including manufacturing operations, inventory management, cash management, banking and auditor relationships, investor relations, risk management, financial reporting systems and human resource management. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, cash management, debt financing, strategic planning, budgeting and financial analysis.

A native of the Bay Area, Tony graduated with honors and received a BS degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the U.C. Berkeley. Upon graduation in 1982 he began his career with the San Jose office of Arthur Andersen & Co. as a staff accountant. He is a California licensed CPA.
