Tom is a senior executive with over 25 years of diversified management experience working with both public and private companies ranging in size from start-up to $3 billion. He has served as: the CFO of a public company; worldwide divisional CFO of a global technology company; a Partner with a Big 4 accounting firm; and is currently a Board member and chair of the Audit Committee of a public company, as well as, the controlling partner in a real estate investment company.

Tom has extensive financial and operational experience including, strategic planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, cash flow and working capital management, financial reporting, cost reduction initiatives, process improvement and control implementation. Tom has been involved in turn-around situations, numerous acquisitions and divestitures, debt restructurings and capital formation activities, including initial public offerings (IPO's) and venture-backed financings in a variety of industries including, distribution, professional services, technology, health care, manufacturing, mining, and chemicals. He assists business owners with preparing their companies for sale including ownership transition, succession planning and business exit planning strategies primarily in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan region and Southwest, Florida. In the last several years he has assisted clients in completing sell-side and capital raising transactions in excess of $250 million. He has also assisted a number of clients with improving their cash flow, and providing more timely, transparent and understandable financial information, as well as, renegotiating loan agreements with banks.

Tom has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA, both from Drexel University. He has been married for over 30 years and both he and his wife are avid golfers. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPA's, Association for Corporate Growth, and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
