Aside from his technical skills, his greatest assets are business process, effective partnership with operations, and the ability to reengineer processes to make them more efficient. He brings the valuable experience he has learned to successfully turnaround two struggling enterprises. He also loves project management because he knows how to get things done on time. Throughout his career he has led people by example and treated people right because he strongly believes that people, the right people are the competitive advantage in the twenty first century. He has a passion for employee development and cross training. The one thing that Tom enjoys most is to improve efficiencies which result in increased bottom line. During his career, Tom has provided CFO, Controller, Management Consultant, and Auditor services to a myriad of industries including service organizations, telecommunications, distribution, wholesale, retail, airline, publication, manufacturing, construction, banking, leasing, non-profits and real estate. Tom also brings extensive experience in managing international finance support for operations.
