Tony is a seasoned finance executive with over 35 years of financial and senior management experience. Industry background includes financial services, personal services and entertainment including broadcasting and music.

Tony has a proven track record of growing enterprise value. He is strong in strategic planning, forecasting and growth via internal development and acquisitions. He has demonstrated the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple and complex tasks even with conflicting deadlines. His expertise includes cost accounting related to his experiences in manufacturing. Strong skills as a business partner and trusted advisor, supporting both the operating and strategic planning process. Significant global financial operational experience in cross cultural emerging markets including China and the Middle East.

Dynamic and results oriented in guiding growing businesses to greater efficiency and profitability. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, audit process and management of strong internal control environments.

Most recently Tony was the global head of finance for two business units of a Fortune 100 company in the financial services industry. He managed the global finance team and was responsible for completing the monthly financial package, the annual operating and capital budgets, the three year and five year strategic plans and key investments initiatives. As a member of the Leadership team he participated and partnered with the head of various business units. He drove efficiency resulting in greater profitability increasing a loss of $20 million to break-even. He worked extensively with the sales groups creating sales goals and compensation plans. Tony is an expert in revenue recognition policies and internal controls for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act ("SOX").

While working in the personal services industry, Tony worked with senior management of a $1 billion dollar company preparing it for the successful sale to an investment banking company.  Tony has expertise in the entertainment industry working for a major television network and a major recording label. He was responsible for global internal controls of that corporation as well as writing accounting policy. He was a Director of Finance where he was a key executive in turning around a division with a $30 million loss to a $25 million profit. He performed financial evaluations of future recording deals for senior management to determine if they should consummate a transaction. Tony also performed various fraud audits for the broadcasting industry.

He is an expert at performing due diligence for acquisition and divesture. He has extensive experience implementing finance and sales systems. He is the former owner of a small transportation company.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Science degree for Glassboro State College (currently Rowan University). He lives in Old Bridge, New Jersey with his wife Denise of 31 years and four children. His son Anthony Jr. is a manager of finance in the car dealership industry, Christopher works for an engineering company, Thomas is finishing his certificate in heating and air conditioning and Matthew recently graduated from the University of Maryland with an Economics degree.  Tony is a member of the finance committee at his local parish and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
