Vince Callaghan has been developing financial systems and managing technology personnel for over 20 years. His experiences include the establishment of automated accounting systems and the building of infrastructure and department personnel. He has supported companies from family owned operations to multinational corporations. His ability to build financial forecasts and models is enhanced with his ability to systematize operational processes and flows to make his projections a functional reality.

Vince was a critical player in growing an organization from a $75 million company into a $200 million company by controlling costs, development of new sales systems and technology while maintaining system integrity and cash flow. He has overhauled existing departments and created a division for a start up operation. His turnaround successes have included consumer retail sales and service companies and he has successfully merged operations from different companies and backgrounds.

His diverse background and MBA give him a broad knowledge base as well as hands on experience in solving problems for business owners. Vince also has an extensive background and knowledge base in technology that ranges from ERP and financial system implementation, technical project management, infrastructure and data center development as well as automated banking and systems security.
