Wray is a financial executive with over 25 years of experience working with regional, national, and global organizations. His experience includes working at all levels of organizations to create winning strategies. Wray has also worked extensively with third party consultants including bankers, attorneys, and CPAs to develop optimal financial strategies.

Wray’s has a proven track record dealing with a variety of businesses. He has directed audits of manufacturing companies, developer / builders, and agribusinesses. He was involved in the start-up of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the construction of four Ritz-Carlton hotels including two in Atlanta along with the 400,000 sf Monarch Plaza Office Building. Wray worked with many small to medium sized contractors while he was CFO and COO for Pathway Communities where he directed the development of Peachtree City, GA, a 15,000 acre master planned community. He has managed projects with private equity capital of $130 million for Westbrook Partners / Terrabrook. Wray has directed leveraged buyouts and has been successful in turnaround situations. His experience includes working on domestic and international government construction projects ranging in size from $250 million to over $1 billion while he was with Lend Lease, a global property company.

Wray has negotiated complex legal agreements and lender term sheets. He has significant financing experience and has coordinated financing arrangements in excess of $500 million. He has extensive financial modeling experience and understands the importance of evaluating various sensitivity analyses while also developing risk mitigation strategies. His background has prepared him to support firms in areas such as:

Wray and his wife Jan have been married for 25 years and have two children. He has spent the majority of his career in the Atlanta region where he started his career working for Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co (predecessor to KPMG).
