Anthony has over 26 years experience with companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. His career has been primarily focused in life sciences and biotechnology, along with positions in the petroleum industry, food processing and finance. His undergraduate education in engineering, along with a practical, common-sense approach to business, gives him the ability to "speak the language" with scientists and engineers and makes him a great addition to the management team of technical organizations.

Anthony has directed all aspects of financial management, including strategic and operational planning, credit facilities, equity transactions, banking, licensing and royalty accounting, tax planning and inventory control. In addition, he has managed other administration functions, including human resources, information technology, legal, risk management, facilities and employee benefit plans. He has extensive experience with financial and operational reporting to venture capital and other outside investors. His specific accomplishments include:

• Coordination of the due diligence related to $37 million of VC financing
• Mergers and acquisitions valued up to $50 million, from both the buy and sell sides
• Negotiation of credit lines with capacities up to $60 million
• Formation of international subsidiaries for product manufacturing and marketing

Anthony and his wife, Carol, live in San Diego, CA, where they raised their two children, currently in college. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Michigan.
