Bill has over 30 years experience in the Accounting, Financial Management and Operations of small to mid-sized privately held companies. He has spent the last 22 years serving in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations officer for several different companies. Bill brings vast and valuable knowledge of the construction and building industries to the table as he has spent his entire career working in that environment. Whether it be as a general contractor, sub-contractor, construction manager or manufacturer Bill has been there and done it. He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate acquisition, development and management. A year and a half ago Bill added entrepreneur to his business resume as his family owns and operates a successful deli and bagel store in their community.

Bill refers to himself as a business man who happens to be an Accountant, CFO and COO. He relates well to business owners. For that reason he has always found himself in a leadership role because he can relate to the business problems that owners face. He has the ability to quickly identify the painful or problem areas of a business and provide workable solutions in those areas. He becomes the right hand man to the owners of the businesses he serves and also takes an active role in the owner's personal financial situation when needed. He relates well to employees on all levels well and has taken on the role as mentor to several. He has the ability to assist employees in attaining their goals of functioning at an optimum level.

Bills unique experience as a combination CFO and COO has enabled him to create a formula for success in many areas including the following: Establishing long term goals for the company and its owners, providing overall financial and management assessments, analyzing overhead and reducing costs, evaluating personnel and increasing their productivity, analyzing contract backlogs and forecasting, cash management and forecasting, enhancing banking, insurance and surety relationships, strategic planning , developing workable procedures, reviewing contracts and insurance programs, arranging financing for future projects, acquisitions and working capital, establishing various retirement plans and establishing methods to increase profitability.

Bill earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Charleston in West Virginia. He did his graduate work in Accounting at the University of Colorado in Denver. He was born and raised in the New York metropolitan area and has resided in Escondido, CA. with his wife, of 27 years, Marlene, since November of 2001. They are both active in their church.
