Dennis has over 30 years of diversified management experience serving a broad spectrum of both public and privately held clients ranging in size from start up to $100 million in annual revenues. He has specialized in providing financial and operational expertise to privately held businesses both as a Partner in a Big 4 accounting firm and as a hands on CFO.

Dennis' career began in 1975 with KPMG where he specialized in providing professional services to privately held clients in a variety of industries including professional services, entertainment, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution. He was promoted to Partner at KPMG as a direct result of his dedication to his clients and his abilities to provide outstanding service. Experience includes initial and secondary public offerings, acquisitions and divestures, assisting clients in all aspects of financial and accounting controls, including strategic planning, and design and implementation of efficient and effective management reporting systems emphasizing maximization of profitability.

Dennis' extensive experience as a CFO makes him a key member of management with critical hands on financial and operational experience with the ability to recognize problem areas within a business and provide realistic cost-effective solutions . His experience includes all financial, tax and administrative functions. Dennis has been instrumental in implementing various significant projects including comprehensive improvements in management reporting, cash flow, cost controls and operational efficiencies. He works closely with owners and management to provide essential day-to-day information necessary to effectively operate a business. He also has been integral in successful negotiations with a wide range of internal and external contracts including labor agreements, credit arrangements, acquisitions and divestures.

Dennis graduated with honors and received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status). He has been married for over 30 years. He is a member of the American and California Institutes of CPA's.
