David is an experienced financial executive with over 29 years of financial management experience. During his career he has held a number of senior management positions including VP of Finance, CFO and COO. He has managed all functional areas including finance, human resources, information technology and operations. He possesses strong analytical and creative problem solving skills. He has successfully led business start-ups and turn-around situations. His areas of expertise include workflow and process redesign, internal control, financial analysis and reporting, software selection and implementation and strategic planning. He has helped install a number of accounting and other software packages including QuickBooks, Peachtree and Great Plains.

He has experience in a number of industries including, contractors, retailing, manufacturing, health care, banking, non-profits and service organizations. As a former small business owner he understands the importance of timely and accurate financial and statistical reports in the decision-making process of an owner, entrepreneur and board of directors.

Throughout his career, David has been involved in helping organizations grow and improve their profitability. He has been involved in identifying, analyzing and implementing revenue grow opportunities. His expertise in process redesign and workflow has helped companies improve efficiency, increase customer satisfaction and lower expenses.

David received his BS in Accounting and his MBA from Northern Kentucky University. He is a CPA and is a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). He has served on a number of volunteer boards and government committees including positions as President of the Southwestern Ohio Chapter of HFMA, President of CMC Federal Credit Union, The State of Kentucky Medicaid Technical Advisory Committee and Treasurer of the Alexandria Sanitation Commission. He has served as a member of the Accounting faculty of Northern Kentucky University and has been a presenter at numerous business seminars for contractors and healthcare business professionals. He and his wife Joni live in Alexandria, Kentucky with their two children, two dogs and a cat. He enjoys golf, shooting, and coaching youth soccer.
