David has over 28 years of experience as a problem solver for closely held businesses. First in Public Accounting as a CPA and further broadened with a Master's in Business Administration then seasoned as a dynamic, hands-on controller and CFO in the private sector.

Focused on Small to Mid size companies he has start-up, rapid expansion, restructuring, and exit strategy experience. Although able to work in any industry, David has specific experience in Service, Technology, Telecommunication, Construction, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Franchising.

Prior to joining B2B CFO^®, David was the CFO for Telecommunications specialty construction firm. He was instrumental in growing the business from 6 million to over 18 million. He was responsible for all internal operations and financing. Through David's leadership the firm increased efficiency, build career development and training programs, successfully rolled out new products and secured a 500% increase in financing.

David also was the CFO and General Manager for a chain of high end health clubs that included full day spas, juice bar and deli, and customer focused service. Over his tenure he opened new clubs, managed the department managers and strategized with ownership. In addition, David facilitated the successful sale of the business.

David graduated from UCSB with a BA in Business Economics, was in Public Accounting in Los Angeles, came to San Diego and received his MBA from San Diego State. He met his wife, Bea and has 2 children. David and Bea are highly involved with their children's school and have taken a leadership roll with the PTA and Site Council. David is also involved in the Chula Vista community and is a member of board for Chula Vista Parks and Recreation.
