Dan is an experienced CFO, VP Finance and Controller with over 28 years of combined public accounting and private industry experience in industries which include banking, construction, real estate development, transportation, professional services, manufacturing and the non-profit industry.

During his career, Dan served as CFO for a multi-state business unit of a Public Company and led its growth from annual revenues of $90 million to over $250 million. He accomplished this by leading the successful acquisition and integration of a competing company, driving the introduction of two complementary product lines, and securing capital for the diversification of the Company into new business segments.

Dan also operated his own $35 million business for 7 years and takes particular satisfaction in helping CEOs of small to midsized companies develop their businesses and successfully compete in their markets. He «gets» what CEOs need to know to manage their business in real time and is adept at creating snapshot dashboards that zero in on key operating data on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
