Edward Murphy, MBA is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with over 30 years of business experience in Public and Private Companies. His experience includes full P&L responsibility as a COO in multiple industries and he has been on the Board of Directors of four companies in the insurance and construction industries.

His industry background includes medical device manufacturing, clean room assembly and packaging, plastic injection molding, retail, plus domestic and international construction. Ed has held positions in Fortune 100 companies as well as small and medium size privately owned companies. As a consultant Ed has helped companies in transition, with growth, turn-around and survival issues. He has advised both public and private companies on financial, accounting and operational needs and worked with entrepreneurs and independent businessmen to solve their unique problems understanding their thought process and providing them with experienced insight. Ed has participated in both the purchase and sale of private and public companies.

A hands-on leader with the ability to creatively solve business problems, Ed has led process improvement teams that have reduced inventory, improved process quality, increased sales, and maximized cash flow. His experiences managing finance, human resource, information technology, risk management, sales and operation functions give him the versatility to tackle complex business issues.
