Kevin has over 30 years of business experience. He started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., establishing a strong accounting and business skill set, and quickly transitioned into the private sector serving in leadership roles for small and medium sized companies in the media, internet, professional sports, software and RFID hardware industries. For the last 20 years, he has served as SVP and General Manager, EVP, COO, President, CEO and CFO of a number of startups and medium sized companies in the upper Midwest.

Kevin's diverse industry experience gives him the ability to quickly asses the critical issues that a company faces. He is able to develop strategic business and operating plans establishing objectives and action plans necessary to effectively address a company's critical issues. He has overseen all functions of company operations including finance and accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, software development, business development, and operations. He has a keen sense to evaluate personnel and their ability to be productive for the company.

Kevin has significant experience with startups and turnarounds. He has run companies from startup to those with over $80 million.  He has the real world wisdom that one can only get from actual hands-on experience.  He was responsible for starting the two regional sports networks situated in Minnesota and Wisconsin, now operating as Fox Sports Nets. He doubled the revenues of the Minnesota Twins during his four year tenure as EVP and COO. The organization also received the "Organization of the Year" award from Baseball America and SportsTicker. And he turned around a software provider in the travel and convention business reorganizing the joint venture and leading software development allowing the company to secure financing to continue operations. Kevin has the experience of being a CEO with a strong financial background and knows what business owners and CEO's needs are.

Cattoor has served and chaired a number of boards for community organizations in the Twin Cities area including the Minnesota Twins Community Fund, the Athletic Advisory Board of the University of St. Thomas, the Metropolitan Airports Commission, Kids for Saving Earth, Dunkers (Twin Cities business group), the Twin Cities Communications Council and his church.

A Marshall, MN native, Cattoor is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Kevin and his wife Debbie, have four children, Christopher, Benjamin, Patrick and Renee, and live in Plymouth, MN.
