Ken is a seasoned senior level executive who has been helping companies achieve success for over 30 years. He brings a wide array of financial and business knowledge along with a successful track record in growing revenues and delivering improved profitability. He is a trusted financial advisor who has helped companies significantly improve operating cash flow.

Ken has a wide range of industry experience including retail, wholesale, distribution, franchising, consumer products, private label, e-commerce and manufacturing. He has successfully led start-ups and turn-around situations. Ken’s skills include business planning, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and improving business processes.

During the past 20 years, Ken has prepared numerous business plans, raised capital, and presented various presentations to Boards of Directors. Additionally he has negotiated several bank working capital loans (up to $50M), term loans, letter of credit facilities, equipment leasing programs, and debtor-in-possession financing. He is comfortable in working with bankers and understands the information needed in preparing loan packages for bank financing, coupled with how to build strong bank relationships.

To support operational and strategic business growth, Ken has extensive experience in developing and implementing key business metrics and sound financial controls. By creating timely and accurate preparation of financial information, Ken has been able to support the decision making process of business owners/ executives and improve operating results.

Ken also has negotiated the sale and acquisition of businesses. He has helped guide companies through mergers and consolidations, understanding the challenges associated with these events.

During his career, Ken has held a number of senior management positions including VP of Finance, CFO and President. He has managed all functional areas including finance, distribution, human resources, information technology, marketing, merchandising and operations. Ken has established a network of professional contacts during his many years working in the business community.

Ken received his BS in Accounting from Central Washington University. He began his career working for Price Waterhouse and is a CPA. He is active in his community and church as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Central Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Bethany Christian Services of Western Pennsylvania. Residing in the greater Pittsburgh area, Ken is a sports enthusiast and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.
