Kevin is a CPA/MBA with more than twenty-five years of accounting, finance, and general management accomplishments. Kevin began his business career in Big-8 public accounting working first for Price Waterhouse and later for Coopers & Lybrand on both the audit and tax staffs. He has an exceptional background in manufacturing, construction and real estate development as well as substantial experience in the consulting services and software-as-a-service industries. Kevin has worked in companies of varying size as a CFO or Controller: from private early stage start-up, to mid-market growth as well as publicly traded.

As a result of his diverse experience, Kevin has been able to streamline operations, finance and management functions within a variety of business environments. He is an analytical thinker with strategic planning skills, capable of developing innovative approaches to idea development and issue resolution. Kevin has a proven history of proactively developing and implementing short-term and long-term solutions to complex situations, identifying and breaking down weak performance areas to increase efficiency and grow revenue.
