Lynn is an accomplished, energetic executive with over 35 years experience as a CFO, COO, General Manager, Controller and Auditor. He has worked in companies with revenues ranging from $20 million to over a billion. His background includes a blend of large/small public, international, private, family owned and small fast growing entrepreneurial companies. Lynn’s industry experience includes consumer products, healthcare, chemicals, pharmaceutical, transportation, and office equipment. He has a broad management background, having managed accounting, finance, treasury, human resource, IT, marketing, production, distribution and customer service functions. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, cash flow/profit improvement, restructuring, turnarounds, M&A activities, internal control, working with investment bankers, private equity investors and financing deals on Wall Street.

He places an emphasis on profit and cash flow improvement. Lynn understands what makes companies profitable and that a solid strategic plan built on core competencies will drive growth. Lynn has on many occasions designed and aligned strategic business plans with key performance indicators which have motivated organizations toward the rapid achievement of profit, strategic and investor objectives. He delivers rapid cash flow and profit improvement with a strong focus on working capital management. cash forecasting, efficiency improvement, cost reduction, brand profitability, change management and re-engineering business processes.

One of his major accomplishments includes turning around a $160 million health care company that was burning $2 million of cash monthly. As a result of strategic changes, divesting operations, debt restructuring, strong cash flow and working capital management, along with SG&A cost savings; positive EBITDA was achieved within one year.

Aside from his focus on driving profitable growth and continuous improvement and change, he prides himself in creating integrated financial and operational forecasting processes that produce accurate, timely, and usable numbers. In alignment with this, he has in-depth background in upgrading budgeting systems and reengineering financial reporting systems, leading to timely monthly closings generating accurate financial reporting. Furthermore, Lynn has strong background in internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, as a result of more than 10 years experience managing internal audit functions.

He is a seasoned teamwork oriented leader who believes the finance organization must be an “added value team” focused on internal and external customer service. In addition to teamwork, he values open communication, integrity, and a defined mission, vision and values statement.

Lynn has served as Executive Vice President & CFO for ConAgra's $4 Billion Grocery products business which produced such products as Hunts, Wesson, Swiss Miss, Slim Jim, Orville Redenbacher, Healthy Choice ect.

He was CFO and General Manager for Constellation Brands during a rapid growth period leading to the consolidation of the California Table Wine business. As CFO the company completed a series of five strategic acquisitions in four years as revenue increased from $180 million to over $1.2 billion, and “equity value” increased from $80 million to $800 million. While CFO, he managed the capital structure through five public equity/debt offerings raising over $800 million.

As Sr. VP General Manager of the Table wine business he managed three wineries producing 20 million cases with 20 production lines. He directed an $ 8 million cost reduction project by consolidating production facilities, rationalizing product lines, changing product design, improving line efficiencies and reducing customer service complaints. During an intense competive situation, he directed a profitable outcome by creating a series of new wine products, repositioning four brands and changing pricing strategies.
