Max attributes his achievements and success to his humble beginning; immigrated to the USA and settled in New York City with his family after graduating High school, commenced working immediately to help the family, but due to lack of proficiency in the English language, only managed to secure a laborer job. This lasted only few months and Max was able to land in corporate America as a mail room clerk, within one year, he managed to find his way to the back office, first as an inventory control clerk then as an accounting clerk in charge of bank reconciliations. While attending college Max worked almost full time as an accountant supporting local closely held small business and non for profit organization. After graduating college Max spent 3 years with a «Big 4» CPA firm before rejoining corporate as a member of the internal audit profession. As an internal auditor Max gained the knowledge, tools and the experience to become a sought after consultant/advisor and a confidant to many businesses unites CEO’s, presidents and managing directors.

With a sound foundation developed during his tenure in public accounting and internal auditing Max was able to deliver, immediately upon transitioning to financial management and operations, results that included reduction of operating costs, less dependency on outside services and consultants, improved proficiency and accuracy while meeting deadlines. As a proponent of implementing and maintaining a sound system of internal controls that insures continuous process improvement and perpetual upgrading of best practices, Max becomes your business partner who assures timely management of risks and minimize, if not eliminate surprises associated with running a business.

Max has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Francis College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Max is also a member of Executives In Action (EAI), a Dallas, Texas based not for-profit corporation providing Executives support for local charities and non for- profit organizations. Max has been married to Jean Marie for 25 years and has two boys, Adam, 22 a senior at The University of North Texas and Joseph, 16 a sophomore in high school. Max and family reside in Fairview, TX a suburb of Dallas, TX.
